Recently founded party, from 2020. The party's platform seemingly sanitizes left-wing and liberal talking points and defangs them for a local Russian audience. They try to appeal to entrepreneurs and activists, and much of their platform focuses on reform, such as health initiatives and tax reform. Like the communists, they are campaigning on rolling back some of the most unpopular measures since the war started, such as the blackouts. They also oppose specific parts of state censorship. This party seems to whitewash activism within Russia, as its base would be the same voters who support a Navalny-type figure and oppose corruption; however, it also serves as a vent within the Russian political system. It is important to note that their founder, Alexey Nechayev, an oligarch of a large cosmetics company, worked within the People’s Front Coalition before creating this party, and many people within the party, such as their deputy chairperson and former campaign manager, have close ties to United Russia and Putin’s Regime. They will hope to absorb the voting base from Yabloko’s ban.
