Founded shortly after the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine and in condemnation of it, Senate Square Society provides a forum for experts, dissidents, and partners to examine Russia's political trajectory, oppose authoritarian expansionism, and strengthen global support for Ukraine's sovereignty.

Examines the interaction between military performance, economic strain, internal repression, and opposition dynamics shaping regime stability, with post-conflict scenarios relevant to U.S. and NATO strategic planning.

Conceive, research, and write at least three academic reports on Eurasian geopolitics between September and December, select newsletter articles, and moderate panels. Open to master's students or exceptional undergraduates with demonstrated interest in Eurasia, Russia, Ukraine, or former Soviet states. Eurasian language skills are a plus.
Part-time, remote, optional in-person in Washington, D.C.
Assist with research for reports, articles, and projects, including identifying and reaching out to potential speakers. Reports to the Deputy Director and Fall Fellow as needed.
