Rodina

Rodina is another pro-Kremlin party. They were more relevant in the early 2000s and have since become a very minor figure in Russian politics. In Anna Politkovskaya’s book A Russian Diary, she claims the Kremlin created them to pull votes away from national bolsheviks and into a more controllable position. This party still operates today as a far-right party, with a policy centered on anti-immigration and “Russia for Russians”. They are a key figure in this election, as Aleksey Zhuravlyov, the party's leader, accused Yabloko of copyright infringement.
